Role Purpose
To provide support to the Sales team (selected National Account Managers and Senior Sales colleagues) to ensure the sales function’s activity is efficient and focused.
Principal Accountabilities
- To provide the sales team with administrative and co-ordination support.
- To coordinate the admin associated with product launches.
- To provide admin and pricing support to the Export Nam.
- To manage the sales inquiries
- To co-ordinate and attend sales meetings
- To co-ordinate SOS and any other clearance stock. Liaising with finance, production, sales and marketing to produce WIGIG lists and offer to clearance customers
- To be first point of contact for members of the public calling customer service.
- Other tasks as occasionally requested by your Line Manager.
This is a development role and has the potential to lead to working as a customer facing sales or account management role.

- Strong spreadsheet and word processing skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests potentially at short notice.
- Good understanding of customer base and product range.
- Basic commercial understanding.
