The My Way Home Partnership has been funded by the National Lottery Community Fund with Llamau as the lead partner. The project will be delivered in partnership with Cardiff Council, Salvation Army, Cardiff University, Welsh Refugee Council, United Welsh Housing Assopciation, Platfform, Cardiff and Vale Health Board, and wider stakeholder partners.
The purpose of the project is for the partnership to develop and deliver a truly innovative trauma and psychologically informed model of support, and lead to systems change, which will make youth homelessness rare, brief and non-recurrent.
This key role will include leading all aspects of monitoring, evaluation and reporting liaising with all partners and stakeholders, designing setting up appropriate mechanisms and procedures for data delivery with partners.
You will need to maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders and work with the Contracts Manager to evidence systems improvement to ensure young people’s needs can be met.
There are 3 main strands within this innovative project:

30 years ago Llamau was founded to provide homeless teenagers with a safe place to stay. Since then, we have supported over 67,000 young people, women and their children who are either homeless or facing homelessness.
Many people think the job of a homelessness charity will be to provide accommodation - a safe place to stay. But it is very clear to us that for most people who are facing homelessness, their problems are far more complex than a lack of permanent shelter.
That's why we treat everyone who needs our support as an individual. We recognise their unique strengths and needs and make sure that they are supported to rebuild their futures.
