HR Specialist
Location: Sheffield, Manchester or Uxbridge
Work pattern: Hybrid – 3 days a week in the office

We’re now looking for an HR Specialist to join our EMEA HR Operations team, supporting teammates across their full employee lifecycle and helping us deliver a consistent, high‑quality HR service.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll work closely with the wider HR team to provide a seamless and reliable HR service to managers and teammates. Your focus will span HR administration, operational support and onboarding, including:

Acting as a central point of contact for HR queries, policies and processes

Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date HR records and employee files

Managing HR inboxes and ensuring queries are handled within agreed SLAs

Supporting monthly payroll processes in line with local requirements

Producing regular and ad‑hoc HR reports (e.g. headcount, attrition, leavers)

Managing absence and leaver processes in line with policy and legislation

Administering local benefits and supporting changes to terms and conditions
You’ll also play a key role in onboarding, working closely with Talent Acquisition and HR colleagues to ensure new hires have a smooth and consistent start, including offer management, compliance checks, inductions and system updates.
What we’re looking for

Strong administration experience, ideally within an HR or shared services environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A high level of organisation and attention to detail

Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines

Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

A genuine interest in HR and the value it brings to a business
Desirable (but not essential):

Experience with HR systems and HR administration

Studying towards, or holding, an HR‑related qualification
-
Experience supporting process improvements or automation
-
A second language
