Location: National with Remote Working (With regular travel to Widnes or Milton Keynes)
Reports to: Director of Community Clubs & National Curriculum
Salary: Alongside your basic salary, you'll earn £200 commission for every new venue you successfully acquire. We expect to secure between 10 and 12 new venues during 2027, with further growth planned in the years that follow, providing an excellent opportunity to increase your earnings as the business expands.

The Opportunity
We're looking for an ambitious, organised and proactive Venue Acquisition Administrator to help us unlock the next stage of our growth. With the option for the role to be both full time, part time or term time.
You'll identify and secure schools, leisure centres and community venues that will become the home of future Gymfinity Kids Community clubs.
Every venue you secure creates opportunities for hundreds of local children to become more active, more confident and healthier.
Working directly alongside our Director of Community Clubs and our Olympian Brand Ambassador, you'll be part of a passionate team driving one of the UK's fastest-growing children's activity businesses.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for identifying exciting new locations that help expand Gymfinity Kids into new communities across the UK.
Responsibilities include:
· Researching schools, leisure centres and community venues in target locations using internal systems and search tools.
· Building prospect databases and identifying key decision-makers.
· Contacting schools and venue managers to introduce Gymfinity Kids.
· Coordinating site visits and gathering venue information.
· Co-ordinating promotional material deliveries and scheduling in school events.
· Managing venue acquisition pipelines through to agreement.
· Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on progress.
· Working closely with operations to ensure successful venue launches.
· Identifying new growth opportunities within existing territories.
· Supporting the national rollout strategy for Community Clubs.
What Success Looks Like
You'll be measured on:
· New venues secured
· Meetings / events and promotion activity booked
· Conversion rates from enquiry to agreement
· Conducting market research to identify competitors and potential new areas
· Pre assessing a venues suitability to enable site visits to be booked
· Speed of venue onboarding
· Quality and accuracy of prospect databases
· Contribution to regional expansion plans

· Ability to travel if required
Experience in sales, recruitment, lettings, business development or administration would be beneficial, but attitude, drive and enthusiasm are even more important.
