Hawes & Co are looking to recruit a highly motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our estate agency branch in Surbiton on a full time, permanent basis.
It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle with business use insurance cover.
Main non exhaustive list of tasks:
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Property Listings: Conduct property valuations, prepare marketing materials, and list properties on various advertising portals.
Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers and answering any questions they may have.
Negotiations: Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
Sales Progression: Manage the sales process, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction.
Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with local property market trends and developments, providing clients with informed advice and insights.
Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
