We are a growing manufacturer of injection moulding products supplying the construction and drainage industries across the UK. As we continue to invest in new machinery and expand our production capacity, we are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our team. The Role
This is a hands-on manufacturing role involving the operation of injection moulding machinery, quality inspection of products and general production duties. The successful candidate will play an important part in maintaining product quality and production efficiency. This is a physically active role that involves standing for extended periods, manual handling, lifting and moving products, and working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring injection moulding machines
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Assembling products to specification
- Reporting quality concerns and production issues
- Moving materials and finished goods using a forklift truck when authorised
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following company quality and health & safety procedures
- Supporting the wider production team as required
Working Hours
- 12-hour shifts on a rotating shift pattern
- Maximum of 4 shifts worked in any week
- Every third week includes a 6-day break, including weekend

Desirable:
- Previous injection moulding experience preferred but not essential
- Forklift truck licence
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
