Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team! In this role, you will spearhead our digital marketing initiatives, craft compelling content, optimize online presence, and analyze campaign performance. Your energy and strategic mindset will drive brand awareness and customer engagement across multiple digital channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the business that includes specific project, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Identify and analyse target audiences across multiple EU countries to tailor marketing campaigns effectively.
- Social Media Management:
- Oversee and manage all social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Develop innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement through social platforms.
- Influencer Marketing:
- Identify, negotiate, and collaborate with influencers across the EU to promote the brand and product.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers to maximise campaign ROI.
- Campaign Management:
- Design, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, including paid social ads, email marketing, and product launches.
- Ensure campaigns are consistent, culturally relevant, and adapted for each EU market.
- Content Creation:
- Oversee the development of creative marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, and ad copy.
- Work closely with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality, engaging output.
- Market Expansion:
- Lead marketing efforts for launches in multiple EU countries, ensuring strategies are localized and impactful.
- Research and adapt campaigns to meet cultural, legal, and consumer preferences in each country.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports on key metrics (e.g., ROI, engagement rates, conversion rates).
- Use data-driven insights to refine and optimise marketing efforts continuously.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, ensuring the confidentiality of specific project details at all times.
Key Attributes:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, with a strong track record of leading successful campaigns in multiple EU markets.
- Expertise in social media platforms, paid advertising, and influencer marketing.
- Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with influencers, partners, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
- Ability to adapt to different cultural contexts and market preferences across Europe.
- Experience managing confidential projects is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in one or more additional EU languages is highly desirable.
Working hours:
Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00 (8 hour shift). We are a 24-7 operation and there may be times when we need you to be flexible with time.
Salary and Benefits:
£30K - £35K
