We're currently recruiting hybrid remote Functional Assessors for a role that combines working from home and in the office — with no weekends, bank holidays, or long shifts.

The Role:
- Conduct assessments of claimants' health and work capabilities via phone and face-to-face
- Review medical evidence, health questionnaires, and daily living activities
- Compile detailed, objective reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
- Interview claimants to understand their health conditions and day-to-day challenges
Training:
A 12-week comprehensive training programme is provided, covering assessment techniques, DWP guidelines, and report-writing skills.
Who We Need:
- Registered Adult Nurses (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability, General)
- Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics, and Pharmacists (Adult-focused)
- Minimum 1 year's post-registration experience in a relevant adult setting
- At least 1 year of active NMC or HCPC registration
- Strong communication, assessment skills, and confident report-writing/IT skills
