Wage:
Competitive salary starting at national minimum wage with higher pay offered based on experience
Job duties and responsibilities:
General administrative duties and assisting with planning works including:
- Obtaining asset plans and utility drawings
- Updating records within timescales
- Diary management and other time critical tasks
- Assisting in processing and planning of work
- Ensuring the accuracy of records
- Providing and updating detailed statistical information
- Contributing to the overall ethos/work/aims of the business.
Day to day duties including:
- Obtaining utility prints
- Accepting works
- Data processing
- Answering phones
- Electronic filing
- Complying with all necessary policies and procedures relating to equality and diversity, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person
- Other associated duties.
The Successful Candidate will have the following:
- Excellent I.T. skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
- Ability to multitask, with a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work within deadlines
- Proficiency in the use of PC's / Mac’s
- Motivation and professionalism
- Previous planning and administrative skills would be an advantage.
