Their team is based across one veterinary hospital and seven branch practices, all working together to deliver the highest standards of patient care. The practice continually invests in its people, facilities, and equipment, including on-site CT, giving the successful candidate access to the tools needed to manage a varied and rewarding surgical caseload while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.
The Role
- Lead and develop the surgical and orthopaedic offering.
- Manage a varied surgical and orthopaedic caseload.
- Work collaboratively with a skilled multidisciplinary team.
- Mentor and support colleagues, helping to develop clinical expertise across the practice.
- Help shape the future direction of the surgical services.
About You
The client is seeking a candidate who is an RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Surgery or Orthopaedics (or has equivalent experience) and possesses significant experience managing complex surgical cases.
