Are you a dynamic, fun and friendly Support Worker looking for a new and exciting opportunity to provide care and support on a one-to-one basis and make a real difference?
We are recruiting a full time Support Worker to provide care to a young gentleman within his own home, assisting with all aspects of his care, therapy and activities.
This role will require you to work days, nights, and also occassional weekends.
