Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management Marketing Coordinator to manage client relationships and support digital marketing and software projects for our expanding presence in the UK, in a bid to be more readily accessible to our clients for in-person and telephonic communications. You will be the main point of contact for clients, coordinate communication with offshore teams, and help ensure excellent service delivery. This role also involves working with CRM and ticketing systems, supporting team management activities, and maintaining smooth workflows across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage client onboarding and ongoing communication.
- Act as the main liaison between UK clients and offshore teams.
- Coordinate CRM activities and maintain accurate records.
- Manage ticketing systems, track client requests, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and website projects, working closely with internal teams.
- Track campaign performance and prepare client reports.
- Schedule meetings, reviews, and service updates.
- Support proposals, quotations, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Assist with team coordination, task allocation, and workflow management.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Humanities, or a related field.
- A postgraduate degree in a related subject is preferred.
- Experience in CRM, client services, marketing coordination, account management, or project coordination.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, Microsoft Office, and online collaboration tools.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working closely with people in customer service, client relations, digital marketing, software, technology, or consultancy.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing systems, and a good understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Experience supporting client engagement, client journey, reporting, team management, and offshore or remote teams.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate tasks, manage service workflows, and support cross-functional teams.
- Experience with customer support processes, issue tracking, and service improvement.
