We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a good foundation of cooking knowledge, demonstrating a commitment to culinary excellence and food safety. As a Chef De Partie, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dishes that meet our pubs's standards and excite our customers.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, ensuring all food is fresh and of high quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service during peak hours.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment.
- Good base knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines and best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
