Every day is different. From staging display inventory and packing promotional bundles to supporting live venue setups, you'll play a central role in making sure our event teams have everything required to run successful customer initiatives across Sheffield.
Working closely with experienced logistics and shift leads, you'll gain hands-on experience selecting event collateral, managing campaign stock on-site, supporting daily setup operations, and ensuring brand materials deliver an outstanding presentation to members of the public.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Picker/Packer, your responsibilities will include:
- Selecting, packing, and preparing promotional materials, display kits, and branded collateral for live events
- Supporting on-site campaign setups across active venues and helping present brand highlights directly to visiting customers
- Managing inventory stock levels, organizing campaign equipment, and ensuring display arrangements run smoothly
- Assisting with product sign-ups, customer order processing, and administrative logging on digital tablets during peak event shifts
- Maintaining clean, efficient, and well-organized stock holding areas before and after campaign activations
- Tracking daily fulfillment metrics, inventory usage, and contributing practical ideas for campaign logistics expansion
- Working towards individual throughput targets and shared team performance objectives
- Developing your organization, campaign support, and customer interaction skills through daily ongoing training
