Returns Operative

We’re looking for a Returns Operative to support our warehouse returns team.
The role involves both physical warehouse work and the use of internal IT systems to process returns, update stock information, and record warranty details correctly.
Hours
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 12:00pm – 8:00pm
You will also be required to work weekends at short notice to help manage operational tasks or heavier delivery volumes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing customer returns and checking condition of goods
- Using internal IT systems to process returns, update stock records, and record warranty information
- Reporting and resolving warranty issues correctly
- Labelling and preparing stock for putaway
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- The ability to learn internal returns processes and systems
- Great attention to detail
- A candidate happy to be on their feet as this is a physically active role
Contract Details
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 12:00pm – 8:00pm
