Dance Teacher – Join a Leading Oxford Dance Academy
Mini Professionals Dance Academy (MPDA) is one of Oxford’s leading and fastest-growing dance schools, with studios in the heart of Kidlington and additional venues across Bicester and Abingdon.
We are currently looking for a passionate and reliable Dance Teacher to join our team, starting from September for the new winter term. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a thriving, supportive environment with ongoing work and room to grow.
Available Teaching Hours:
Fridays 6-8pm (Cowley)
Adults Mixed Level Commercial 6-7pm
Adults Fundamental Heels 7-8pm
You’ll be teaching these classes across different mixed abilities for adults. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about inspiring adults through dance. We encourage adults to come who are new to dance or who would like to continue their passion for it.
What We’re Looking For
- A skilled and confident dance teacher
- Passion for working with adults
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- A positive, energetic, and professional attitude
Requirements (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year teaching experience
- Minimum 3 + years of dancing experience
- Enhanced DBS certificate (this can be arranged for the appropriate candidate)
