Grace Land is a medium sized group of pubs and bars and a brewery. Our other sites are: The Black Heart, The Earl of Essex, The Axe (N16), Red Hand, The Duke of St Albans and Saint Monday.
We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team. As part of a small team this role encompasses all sections of the kitchen, and leading quieter shifts.
Our big focus here at the Bethnal Green Tavern, is to create a real renown for our food offering. We are quickly becoming known as The Best Roast in Bethnal Green and THE place to dine after work. Working closely with the Head Chef, we are tweaking and improving the menu to make sure it’s a true balance of East End pub classics and food that intrigues. We are working to make sure that everyone knows just how GREAT the food is.
