Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities
- Support independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Record care accurately and work with the team to meet residents’ needs
- Cover shifts as required across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and nights
Skills & Requirements
- Some care experience preferred
- Care Certificate or willingness to complete
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable
- Good communication skills and basic computer literacy
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain
