We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and flexible Care Assistant to join our supportive and dedicated team.
Day shifts begin at 8:00am, and this is a full-time position. Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to cover additional hours during periods of annual leave and staff sickness.
About the Role:
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing, comfort, and safety of our residents throughout the day. Your duties will include supporting residents with personal care needs, promoting independence, providing companionship, and helping to maintain a safe and positive environment.

- Experience in a care setting is preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high standards of care
- Flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the service
- A strong team player
- Being able to speak Welsh is an advantage
