Our client in Bristol is expanding their residential sales team and is looking for ambitious individuals to join them as Entry Level Sales Associates. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced, customer-facing role — no previous experience necessary.
Full training is provided, and there’s a clear path for those who want to progress into leadership or management within the first 12 months.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be part of a high-performing residential sales team, working face-to-face with members of the public at their homes across the Bristol area. This is a field-based role, focused on generating new customer acquisitions for well-known UK brands.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with potential customers in residential areas
- Presenting products or services in a clear and confident way
- Building rapport and providing excellent customer service
- Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly sales targets
- Taking part in team training sessions and development workshops
This is a hands-on, practical role where your communication skills and work ethic will drive your success.
