Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter/Pot wash to support our team in maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that operations run smoothly by handling cleaning duties, and supporting the overall hospitality experience.
Duties
- Washing, drying, and sanitising dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the DW area, including floors, surfaces, and storage spaces.
- Ensuring waste disposal is managed efficiently and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assisting with serving food during busy service periods when required.
- Supporting the overall cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and kitchen environment.
- Helping with deliverys and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
