We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of our growing domiciliary care service.
The Role
As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the service is safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led. You will support the Registered Manager with the operational management of the service, staff supervision, compliance, quality assurance, and the delivery of exceptional care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service.
- Conduct client assessments, reviews, and risk assessments.
- Develop and update person-centred care plans.
- Carry out spot checks, quality assurance visits, and staff competency assessments.
- Support the recruitment, induction, supervision, and ongoing development of care staff.
- Assist with rota management to ensure continuity of care.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
- Investigate incidents, complaints, safeguarding concerns, and accidents as required.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and local stakeholders.
- Participate in the on-call rota and provide operational support when required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within domiciliary care.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Good knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards and relevant legislation.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- The right to work in the UK.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
