Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Serve food and beverages efficiently in various settings including fine dining, banquets, and catering events
- support kitchen staff and ensure timely service
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling and hygiene protocols
- Set up banquet tables, buffet stations, and catering areas with precision and care
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service equipment to uphold health standards
- Support dietary accommodations by understanding special dietary needs and assisting accordingly
Skills
- Proven experience in fine dining environments or food service roles with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of serving techniques and food presentation standards
- Experience with food handling, and safety procedures within the food industry
- Background in banquet service, catering, or hospitality settings is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation adds value to the role
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food safety regulations ensures responsible service
- Previous restaurant experience demonstrates adaptability and professionalism in diverse settings
