Treasury Analyst

As we deliver our ambitious 2030 Growth Strategy, we’re looking for a Treasury Analyst to support us as we deliver our cash management objectives.

Experience of working within an international organisation

Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships

Focused on delivery and able to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Demonstrated ability to prepare concise, efficient analysis of financial data

Keen to challenge assumptions, investigate root causes, and drive continuous improvement
What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparation and management of the Group’s daily cash position by monitoring cash pool accounts and recommending surplus cash investments
- Process daily reconciliations to control and monitor the Group cash position

Treasury payments processing
-
Ensure the accounting entries for transactions are actioned promptly and ensure journal entries from TMS complete

Calculate and post external interest accruals and other treasury related journals

Run the monthly multi lateral netting process

Plan with the treasury team the drawdown requirements, process the drawdown documentation, plan for the repayments

Maintain the intercompany loan schedules, reviewing with the tax and treasury teams

Maintain bank accounts, bank mandates and Standard Settlement Instructions

Liaise with banks to resolve payment, transactional and operational issues

Comply with segregation of duties
Required skills & experience

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Professional experience

Basic understanding of Accounting principles and finance processes
Key competencies

Strong Excel skills

Be able to work independently and balance competing priorities

Strong organisational skills and proven track record of meeting deadlines
Desirable skills

Experience of banking platforms and payments

Experience of Treasury Management System (training will be provided)

Studying towards accounting or treasury qualifications (support for studies can be provided)
