Responsibilities & Duties:
· Hands on preparation of equipment for productions and hires to high standards using rental management software
· Ensuring the warehouse and all equipment is kept neat, tidy and in order and carry out general cleaning, servicing, maintenance and repairs on necessary equipment
· Ensuring all equipment is accounted for upon leaving/returning the warehouse
· To assist with installation, setup and de-rig of equipment when working on site
· Developing and maintaining client relationships with a friendly and professional demeanour
· Carrying out occasional deliveries and collections
· Loading/Unloading of Vans/Trucks
· Maintain Health & Safety standards and adhere to company policies/procedures
· Performing stock checks at required intervals and reporting missing/damaged equipment
· Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing equipment
Essential requirements:
· A basic level of knowledge for audio/visual equipment
· Proficient use of computers and troubleshooting skills including competency with all Microsoft Office applications
· Keen interest in learning and developing skills and knowledge
· Strong written and communication skills
· Excellent organisational, time-management and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
· Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy objects
· Ability to use initiative and meet deadlines
· Hold a full clean driving license
· Flexibility with working hours, occasionally working evenings and weekends and away from home
· The ability to work both independently and as a team

Pay: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
