Extremely busy and fast paced restaurant is looking for a Pot Washer/Kitchen assistant to join the team. The business is gearing up for a return to full operation and with bookings already flooding in, is extremely busy.
Essential
Responsibilities
- Washing and drying of all crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans
- Re stocking shelves with cleaned items
- Polishing of cutlery
- Surfaces and areas of frequent contact are to be regularly sanitised
- Maintain excellent standards of kitchen hygiene
- Any other duties relative to the role as directed by the owner/kitchen manager
