CHIST is a dynamic, responsive service that brings together Nursing, OT, and Speech and Language Therapy professionals to provide targeted, specialist support to care homes across Staffordshire. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you'll be at the forefront of supporting care homes through hands-on clinical interventions, expert advice, and collaborative working. You'll collaborate with colleagues and partners both in person and through Microsoft Teams, so you'll be comfortable working in a hybrid environment and maintaining strong professional relationships across services.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate nurse who enjoys building relationships, supporting others and driving quality improvement.
You'll have:
Strong clinical nursing skills and experience.
The ability to build positive, productive relationships with care home teams and partner organisations.
Confidence in providing clinical leadership and managing complex situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, flexible approach to problem solving.
A genuine passion for improving the lives of care home residents and their families.
