Quality Auditor - Food Manufacturing / Airline Catering Company – London
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated Quality Auditor to join a Food Manufacturing / Airline Catering company based in London.
We are looking for someone with strong QA experience, good food safety knowledge, and a keen eye for detail.
Job Details:
- Location: London
- Salary: £35,000 per annum
- Position: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are always met
- Cover low-risk and high-care production areas as required
- Review out-of-specification results and support corrective actions
- Investigate customer complaints
- Maintain raw material, WIP, and finished product specifications
- Ensure GMP standards are maintained across the site
- Audit daily production paperwork in line with BRC and customer requirements
- Verify production paperwork and support traceability checks
- Support operational changes in line with technical guidance
- Take action on non-conformances and ensure they are corrected
- Provide training to operational staff when required
- Assist with NPD, sample preparation, production trials, DAF plant monitoring, and taste panels
Requirements:
- Previous Quality Auditor or QA experience in food manufacturing
- Experience with internal audits, customer audits, and GMP audits
- Knowledge of HACCP Level 2 or 3
- Good understanding of food safety, quality systems, and product standards
- Experience in high-risk or high-care food production is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Willing to support the wider business where needed
- Must be currently based in the UK with the right to work
