Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies

- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated and competent team
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing and resource allocation to optimize operational costs
Skills
- Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Strong management skills with a focus on operational planning and problem-solving
- Experience or familiarity with veterinary operations or animal care environments is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate across departments and motivate staff
