AllStar Acquisitions is growing its Leicester team and looking for Customer Service Representatives who are ready to learn. You don't need a background in customer service — you need to be a people person with a solid work ethic, and we'll handle the rest through full paid training.
Some of our strongest team members never worked in an office before joining us. What they did have: a Saturday job, a spot on a sports team, or a stint helping out at a local club or charity. If any of that sounds like you, keep reading.
This could be you if you've ever:
- Played on a sports team, captained a side, or helped coach younger kids
- Taken on a leadership role at school or college — Prefect, Head Boy/Girl, Student Council
- Worked towards your Duke of Edinburgh Award
- Volunteered, raised money for charity, or got involved with Young Enterprise
- Balanced a part-time or Saturday job with school, college, or university
No degree, no experience, no problem — school leavers, grads, and career-changers are all genuinely welcome here.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Meeting customers face-to-face across the Leicester area, representing our clients directly in the local community
- Building rapport quickly and having genuine conversations to understand what people need
- Walking customers through our offering and helping them find the right solution on the spot
- Working a mix of residential neighbourhoods each day as part of a small, supportive local team
- Getting hands-on, paid training on our systems, approach, and how to work an area effectively
- Sharpening your communication and problem-solving as you go, with feedback and coaching from experienced team members
We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident on the phone or face-to-face with people
- Reliable — shows up, follows through, takes it seriously
- Keen to learn rather than already an expert
- A team player who pulls their weight
