The Role
Key Responsibilities
MIG welding using jigs to weld up and assemble our products to the highest possible standard (we do not require you to work from drawings).
- Welding (MIG) thin steel tubing.
- A process engineer who looks to improve every process.
- Keeping a safe and responsive work environment.
- Quality control / attention to detail in every weld.
- Focus and maintain workflow.
- Helping out the team wherever possible - cross training.
- Eliminate defects in the production line.
- Maintain all equipment to the highest standard.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have at least beginner experience in MIG welding
- Ensure quality is added with each process
- Have a good understanding of the set up, operation and maintenance of welding equipment
- Understand and implement personal and company safety measures including using the correct PPE at all times
- Have great communication skills, they are essential to work with team members and converse with customers and clients
- Assemble all components with help of power and hand tools
- Be confident to speak up in daily company wide meetings
- Be well presented with good dress and demeanour
- You self educate by reading books

- MIG welding: 1 year (preferred)
