Chef Wanted – Join the Team at The Drum & Monkey
The Drum & Monkey, Castle Gresley is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef to join our growing team.
Following our recent relaunch, we’re building a reputation for serving great quality food alongside a fantastic pub atmosphere, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in producing consistently high standards.
What we’re offering:
- 25–35 hours per week
- Up to £14.00 per hour, depending on experience

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a chef is essential
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced kitchen
- A passion for producing quality food with excellent presentation
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- High standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
- A reliable team player with a positive attitude
