Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our award winning team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including bartending, food running, taking orders and payments, greeting customers and assisting with catering needs. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to food safety are essential for success in this role.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer preferences are noted.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Adhere to food safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Skills in bartending are highly advantageous.
- A strong understanding of food safety practices is beneficial for maintaining compliance with health regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential for this role.
- A proactive attitude towards helping others and providing outstanding customer service is crucial for success in this position.
