Our client, a thriving and expanding construction consultancy, is seeking a talented and ambitious MRICS-qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Birmingham team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive professional ready to take on leadership responsibilities and build a long-term career with genuine progression into team leadership in the coming years.
In this role, you will confidently lead private sector projects, reporting directly to the Team Leader while playing a pivotal part in the team's success and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Actively network and drive business development to grow your contact base and client relationships.
Deliver high-quality cost consultancy services to generate revenue and exceed client expectations.
Meet and surpass agreed business targets in collaboration with your Line Manager.
Contribute directly to team turnover, profitability, and overall commercial performance.
Candidate Requirements:
Essential
MRICS qualification (Chartered status).
At least 2–3 years' post-qualification experience.
Proven experience working in Birmingham or the West Midlands, with strong local market knowledge and understanding.
Solid track record of leading projects in the private sector.
Excellent interpersonal and business development skills, with an established personal network.
