Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in promoting health, preventing illness, and supporting patients through their recovery process.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and document findings accurately.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, liaising with all relevant healthcare professionals to ensure residents needs are met in a tailored way.
- Monitor residents' progress and respond promptly to any changes in their condition.
- Informing residents and their families about health management, medication usage, and lifestyle modifications as suggested by relevant professionals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery.
- Maintain accurate resident records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles and best practices.
- Proficient understanding of care home nursing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Empathy and compassion towards patients with diverse backgrounds and needs.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest nursing practices.
