About the role
As a Duty Manager at Little Lion Entertainment, you will lead and inspire a multi-talented team across Front of House and Performance, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, world-class experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
You will oversee all operational, performance, and guest-facing aspects of the attraction — from ticketing, food & beverage, and retail to in-show experiences and theatrical performances — while ensuring commercial targets are achieved, operational standards remain best-in-class, and health & safety compliance is maintained.
As a brand ambassador and on-the-ground leader, you’ll champion our values, support team wellbeing, resolve guest issues, and keep the attraction running smoothly and efficiently, whether during day-to-day operations, peak trading, or large-scale corporate events.
You will also be an ambassador for the business as a Duty Manager and support all on the ground teams to deliver our unique experience. This includes opening and closing the attraction, welfare of guests and operational team, reporting, and health, safety, and security across the site.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a visitor attraction, hospitality, leisure, entertainment, or customer-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of day-to-day attraction operations, including guest flow, queue management, and show or experience delivery.
- Working knowledge of health & safety procedures, risk assessments, and incident management in a public-facing setting.
- Experience leading teams on shift, including task allocation, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to handle guest issues and complaints professionally, ensuring positive outcomes wherever possible.
- Well-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Calm, confident, and solutions-focused under pressure, with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Clear and effective communicator, able to engage positively with guests, team members, and management.
- Proactive, adaptable, and supportive leadership style with a strong focus on teamwork and service excellence.
