A public Italian-American restaurant is located on the ground floor, complete with alfresco front terrace, elegant wrap around bar counter and a glazed conservatory in the rear. Set on the first floor, our oak-panelled, Tokyo-influenced members’ bar evokes Art Deco grandeur, with a sculptural bar stretching beneath soaring windows. Celeste’s second floor offers members an open kitchen-style pantry, serving Japanese dishes from the traditional robata, alongside delectable sushi and sashimi. Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
As a Floor Manager, you’ll take responsibility for daily service and the guest journey on your section. From briefings and table management to supporting the wider front-of-house team, you’ll ensure service runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
Who we are looking for:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory or floor management role
- Excellent knowledge of premium service standards
- Confident leading a team on the floor and managing guest flow
- Experience supporting with rota planning and floor operations

The on target earning potential for this role is £52,500 / per annum - comprising a base salary of £34,950, plus a qualified estimate of £17,550 in gratuities and service charge.*
