Hours: Various hours available, including full-time (37.5 hours per week) and flexible art time options. 24 hours a day / 7 days a week
Contract: Permanent
Pay: £24.46 per hour (non-prescriber) / £25.46 per hour (prescriber)
Shift uplifts: 30% uplift when working between 8pm and 8am on weekdays and for Saturday shifts. 60% uplift on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Shropdoc is a not-for-profit company established in 1996. We provide 24/7 Oncology and Haematology telephone triage service for patients receiving treatment from the Royal Shrewsbury and Telford Hospitals, and also across Lancashire, in addition to providing an urgent primary care services for patients across Powys.
The Nurse Practitioner will deliver advanced, autonomous and person-centred care within a 24/7 integrated triage and care coordination service. The role spans both in-hours and out-of-hours provision and operates across three key workstreams: Oncology and Haematology Helpline; Powys Care Coordination Centre (CCC), including the Single Point of Access (SPA); and Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) services for Powys.
The postholder will deliver expert clinical assessment, care planning, and make independent clinical decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients and referring clinicians. Working within an extended scope of practice, the Nurse Practitioner will act as a senior clinical anchor across acute, primary, community and voluntary sector services, with a particular focus on supporting people living with cancer, individuals with complex needs, and those requiring urgent care navigation.
