Come and work for one of the most professional cleaning companies in Chester. Poppies are hiring new cleaning staff to join their friendly team. We have new hours and openings available from 8 hours up to 20 hours per week.
Many hours are available during the day but you simply tell us your availability and we will fill the hours you want. We employ many working parents and can offer school friendly hours between 09:00-15:00.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various residential properties. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating clean, welcoming environments. Prior experience in cleaning, hotel, care or commercial cleaning is advantageous, along with skills in cooking and customer service.
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning surfaces
- Ensure all rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans upon request
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally
- Liaise with Operations Manager to keep availability and rota up to date
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning, hotel, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Good organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude towards clients and team members
- Experience in customer service roles is advantageous
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
- Must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
