In this role, you’ll manage your own Private Client caseload, advising the firm’s clients on matters including Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts.

We’re working with a well-established law firm in Faversham that is looking for an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join its team.
You’ll take responsibility for your own caseload while working collaboratively with colleagues across the department. Matters are likely to include:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts
- General Private Client advice
This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients and managing matters from start to finish, while still having the benefit of an experienced team around them.
The firm is open-minded on qualification and is primarily interested in finding someone with the right Private Client experience, technical ability and approach to clients.
