Requirements
- Experience preferred
- SVQ preferred but the company will support training
- IT skills an advantage but not a requirement
Responsibilities for
- Ensuring the highest quality of care when supporting residents with personal care and activities of daily living
- Assisting residents with supper, snacks and breakfast
- Assisting residents with bedtime and waking routine and checks overnight
- Assisting residents with limited mobility, using aids provided
- Interacting with residents
- Reporting any changes or concerns to the Night Staff Nurse
- Carrying out routine night time checks on the resident
- Supporting the residents hydration
- Recording progress notes
- Ensuring the care home is meticulousy clean and tidy
