Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in our new restaurant in London Liverpool Street. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food preparation when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Assist in the preparation of food items as needed
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
