Chipex Ltd is a market leading supplier of touch up paint and car care products to both consumer and automotive organisations. We are small but growing so this vacancy comes at an exciting time in our journey.
What we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of our operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a key leadership role with responsibility for staffing, paint mixing, picking and packing, stock control and customer service. This opportunity would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing and fulfilment environment and enjoys leading from the front to deliver quality, efficiency and excellent customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading and developing a manufacturing or production team and will have strong operational leadership skills with the ability to organise people, priorities and workflow effectively. We are looking for somebody who has a hands-on approach and the confidence to make sound decisions in a busy environment. Experience within paint, coatings or a similar manufacturing environment would be advantageous

What we offer
This is a permanent role working full time Monday to Friday on a day shift.
We offer a competitive benefits package including a starting salary of £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
