Business Operations Support (60%)
- Build and update weekly rotas
- Maintain inventory spreadsheets and flag shortages
- Coordinate supplier orders and deliveries
- Turn decisions into clear SOPs and checklists
- Keep shop standards organised with weekly ops checklists
- Handle general admin and reporting across sites
Executive Assistant Support (40%)
- Triage and organise the founder’s inbox
- Manage calendar, reminders, and scheduling
- Create documents, templates, letters, and agreements
- Support admin across The Haigh Collective group of companies.
- Assist with basic finance admin (filing invoices, updating spreadsheets)
- Keep the founder organised, clear, and focused

⭐️ Hours & Pay
- Full‑time, Monday–Friday
- 40 hours per week.
- £24,000–£28,000 depending on experience
- Based from Preston with occasional travel across the North West.
