Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of our facilities. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces regularly
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and cleaning materials as needed
- Follow established safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues promptly
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
