Driving License Essential!
We are seeking to recruit a team of 2-3 people who will be carrying out clearance and cleans to properties on a daily basis. The successful candidates will have experience in carrying out clearances, recycling, deep cleans, end of tenancy cleans, oven and fixture cleans. You should have previous clearance, cleaning and labouring experience with knowledge of health and safety, in particular with the use of cleaning products, sharps identification and removal, working at height, decontamination and working within confined spaces. References will be required from applicants who have worked in a similar environment.
The ideal candidates will be physically strong to be able to clear the properties of household goods, furniture and garden waste and will also be required to hold a full clean driving license with experience in driving 3.5 tipper vans.
Knowledge of different types of waste and how to separate would be desirable but training will also be provided to this regard.
All other skills that the candidates hold will be desirable
We are looking for candidates that are capable of working in a fast-paced environment, motivated, proactive and with a can do attitude. The candidates must be a hardworking, trustworthy and motivated individuals that have a can-do mind set to complete work to a high satisfactory standard
Organisational and communication skills are essential.
Experience;
The ideal candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience and references will be required.
The candidates must have a full clean UK driving license
