Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Joiner Kit Erector to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and securing joiner kits on various construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of fabrication, carpentry, and construction techniques, with an emphasis on safety and precision. The position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, contributing to the realisation of high-quality structures and installations.
Duties
- Assemble and install joiner kits according to technical drawings and specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to carry out fabrication and assembly tasks
- Conduct measurements, cuts, and fittings with precision to ensure proper alignment and fitment
- Perform heavy lifting and manoeuvring of materials safely to facilitate efficient assembly processes
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently during all phases of work
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in fabrication, assembly, carpentry, joinery, or related trades
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment used in construction settings
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights if necessary
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in measuring and fitting components
- Physical fitness to undertake manual labour over extended periods
- Relevant construction or trade qualifications are preferred but not essential
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment

Pay: £140.00-£180.00 per day
