Swimming Teacher
We are a friendly, fast-growing swim school looking for reliable and enthusiastic swimming teachers to join our team. We currently run lessons from 2 centres on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays. Various hours available.
Due to continued growth and timetable changes, we are expanding our programme and are looking to appoint multiple teachers to support our swimmers and ensure consistency in lessons.
Location: Benfield Sports Centre (Monday, Wednesday) & Seaton Valley High School (Sunday)
Start Date: 02/09/2026
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults of varying abilities, ensuring a safe, structured and enjoyable learning environment.
We pride ourselves on consistency for our swimmers, so we are looking for teachers who are committed, reliable and take ownership of their lessons.
What We’re Looking For
- Swim England Level 2 (or equivalent)
- Experience teaching children & adults
- Confident, positive and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills with both swimmers and parents
- Reliability and commitment – this is essential

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
Experience:
- swim teacher: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- NRASTC or NPLQ (preferred)
- DBS (preferred)
