Careaid Limited is a growing and ambitious domiciliary care provider dedicated to delivering outstanding, person-centred care within the community. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Care Manager to lead and grow our Bow (E3) branch.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in expanding the branch, developing local partnerships, increasing care hours, and maintaining exceptional care standards in line with CQC requirements.
Salary & Benefits
- £38,000 – £45,000 annual salary

The Role
As Registered Care Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care to service users within their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the domiciliary care branch
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations, policies, and procedures
- Lead, recruit, train, supervise, and support office and care staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals, and local referral networks
- Develop care packages, conduct assessments, reviews, and risk assessments
- Ensure excellent standards of care delivery and customer satisfaction
- Support business growth by increasing care hours and developing the branch locally
- Monitor quality assurance, safeguarding, audits, complaints, and service performance
- Participate in the on-call rota and be available on weekends when required
- Promote a positive, professional, and supportive working culture
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Care Manager, Branch Manager, or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards
- Proven leadership and staff management skills
- Experience in growing domiciliary care services and managing care packages
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
- Compassionate, professional, and highly motivated approach
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care
Essential Requirements
- Experience within domiciliary care or a similar regulated care environment
- Eligible to become or currently registered with CQC
- Full right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Flexibility to participate in the on-call rota and provide weekend support when required
