Are you passionate about working with children and creating fun, safe, and engaging environments? We are seeking a Sports Coach for our after school clubs at our partner school's!
We are looking for a passionate and fun individual to join our team. We are looking for someone to take on leadership of our after school programmes and then continue to join us and grow into other areas of work, if wanted where you can gain additional work at our Camps and other businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children aged 4-11 in sport activities
- Plan and lead sports that are inclusive, and fun for all children
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during after-school hours
- Manage behavior positively and foster a friendly, respectful atmosphere
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff to provide updates on children’s progress
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and any incidents
About You:
- You have experience working with children in a school, camp, or similar setting
- You are positive, creative and able to think on your feet
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- You are reliable, responsible, and have a passion for making a difference in children’s lives
- Minimum of a Level 2 Childcare Qualification (Desirable)
- First Aid and Safeguarding certificates are a plus (or willingness to obtain).
- Level 2 Food Hygiene (Desirable)
